Professional Experience:

Philipp Abel is a specialist in spectrum monitoring and has worked for LS telcom for more than 6 years. He has accompanied projects and field trials worldwide and has been involved in the design and development of new hardware and software for RF monitoring. He has been involved in presentations and discussions with regulators, operators, airports and industry worldwide. He is also part of the annual ITU WP1C Spectrum Monitoring group meetings.

Present Activities:

Currently, as Product Manager for LS telcom, he contributes to the development of the LS OBSERVER system by gathering requirements from different customer groups, such as national regulators or industries, and manages the product portfolio. He is involved in the launch and testing of new features related to AI and big data. He recently contributed to the ITU WP1C on this topic.
