Professional Experience:

Elena Puigrefagut has served as a Senior Project Manager at the European Broadcasting Union in Geneva, Switzerland since March 2000, following her earlier role as Operations Planning Engineer at Eutelsat, SA in Paris, France from December 1992 to February 2000.

Present Activities:

Elena currently coordinates joint technical activities among EBU Members concerning frequency planning and spectrum management and regulation. She actively represents the EBU in several international committees, such as the CEPT, EC, and ITU, and has been instrumental in promoting the Girls in ICT initiative within the EBU since 2018.
