Alexander Kühn is lawyer with a keen interest in technology and a rich 20-year background in spectrum regulation across national, European, and international levels. He notably headed Germany's delegation at the recent WRC-23 and played a key role in steering CEPT through WRC-15 and WRC-19, demonstrating profound expertise and leadership in telecommunications regulation.
Present Activities:
Alexander Kühn is Chairman of the ITU-R Conference Preparatory Meeting for WRC-27 and, since 2021, leads a section at the German regulatory authority, overseeing spectrum planning, allocation, and experimental licenses.
